Hens eggs
Our hens are modern hens bred for free range production. We are trying to train them to operate the cat flap but they have not mastered it yet! They are kept in a very traditional way using small hen houses spread over a field. This allows each hen plenty of space to range where they can add as much grass to their diet as they want plus any worms or bugs! This helps produce a very good quality egg with a deep yellow creamy yolk. Unfortunately it is not economic to post hens eggs but we do deliver in the Tavistock area and we also have several outlets in Devon.
